3 cups desiccated coconut
- Add cardamom powder and give it a slow mix by turning off the heat.- Now take a container with parchment paper on it nicely set the mixture making a flat layer of it and leave a little portion of the mixture aside.

- Now take the small mixture which was kept aside add few drops of food coloring & rose water to it.
- Start mixing the mixture very nicely until the floor is spread evenly.

- Add this mixture layer onto the first layer spread it evenly. Then put the whole container in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- As soon as the barfi is set nicely take it out & slice it neatly into your desired shapes.
